Shipping Policy

Serene Nights Candle Co. accepts orders 24/7. Please allow 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for orders to be processed and shipped. Due to our candles and wax melts being handmade, we cannot ship orders Priority Mail Express. All orders are shipped through USPS. Though we ship orders with priority mail, customers will not receive orders within two business day due to our company structure. Once an order has been received and created, we will then send you a tracking number for your package.

SHIPPING RATES

Flat rate shipping is $8.95. Orders over $100 will qualify for free shipping on your order.

Please understand that we are experiencing high volume and working diligently to process and ship orders to each of our customers.

DAMAGED ORDERS

Before orders leave out our building, we ensure each order is securely packaged for transit with USPS. We understand transit can in fact be rough and we will work with you as best we can. While we are not responsible for mishandled packages within USPS, we ship with USPS Priority Mail which is insured. If any package is damaged, please contact USPS to file a claim, send photos and the extent of the damages of your order. 

LOST/ STOLEN PACKAGES

We understand packages may be lost or stolen, however, our company is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local USPS office to file a claim. There are cases that USPS is holding packages at the local office for you to claim and pick up. If you feel that this may be an issue in your local area, request for USPS to hold your package at the office to avoid any unattended packages.
